Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
Many Orders are processed within 6-7 business days while some more limited items may have a longer processing period. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We use UPS and USPS for all shipments.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All domestic shipping in the contiguous US is free of charge. Locations in Hawaii and Alaska have an $80 surcharge.
Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping provider. We use UPS and USPS.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 12-48 hours.
Damages
If Your Order is damaged en route, please contact us immediately.
Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods. A return label will be issued and emailed to you.
